RGF Technical Services recently attained the Appointed Persons qualification via the Contruction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS).

This means that along with several years experience in the field, our engineer is now qualififed to plan lifting activities involving all types of crane.

This service can be utilised by crane companies looking to temporarily strengthen their lift planning capacity during busy spells, by clients looking to establish the size of crane and its requirements during the early stages of a project or as part of a bundle of services supplied in engineering your project.

Lift plans are usually drawn up as 2D drawings giving all the necessary information associated with the crane, site requirements, the load and the rigging. Method Statements and Risk Assessments are also normally included.
